Michael D. Rosen, CPA, Ph.D., ABV is a litigation consultant and expert witness on economic damages and business valuation. Dr. Rosen is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, with a Ph.D. in Agric. Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He also has an Accreditation in Business Valuation from the AICPA.

For the last 15+ years, Dr. Rosen has devoted his activities to providing commercial litigation advisory and support services, consulting or providing expert testimony in over 300 litigation matters. He is an expert in the areas of economic damages and business valuations. He has qualified as an expert witness in both federal and state court and in arbitration forums.

Dr. Rosen has served as an arbitrator or mediator in over 100 hearings, involving securities, business, and consumer disputes. He has been a member of the dispute resolution panels of the following organizations: the National Association of Securities Dealers securities arbitration program, and the Los Angeles County Superior Court program for mediating litigated disputes.

Dr. Rosen has given presentations to attorneys on litigation topics such as calculating economic damages, understanding financial statements, and working with expert witnesses. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
